Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing times may be delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99. For orders under this amount, shipping fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

4. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside our shipping area, please contact us for further information.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Gym Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at orders@gymlab.net.au within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Gym Lab is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
